1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Nexase LLC ("Nexase," "we," "us," or "our") handles information collected through nexase.com (the "Site").

Our products have their own privacy policies that govern their use: FMRX and EB-5 Navigator. This policy applies only to the Site.

Contact: Nexase LLC, 318 Paseo Del Pueblo Norte, Taos, New Mexico 87571-9001, United States. Email: hello@nexase.com.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, referring pages, and the dates and times of your visits. We use this to operate and secure the Site.

Cookies. The Site uses only essential cookies required for it to function and to protect form submissions (session and security cookies). We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
  • operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
  • detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or technical issues; and
  • comply with legal obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

  • service providers who help us run the Site, such as our hosting provider and email-delivery provider, under obligations to protect it; and
  • authorities or third parties when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. Data retention

We keep contact submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our reasonable business and legal records, after which we delete or anonymize them.

6. Your rights and choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have given us by emailing hello@nexase.com.

California residents. Under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

EEA/UK residents. Under the GDPR/UK GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. Our legal bases are your consent (when you contact us) and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site.

7. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Data security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. International users

We operate from the United States and process information here. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S.

10. Third-party links

The Site links to our products and to third-party services such as social media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; their own policies govern.
