These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of nexase.com (the "Site"), operated by Nexase LLC ("Nexase," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about Nexase LLC and the products we build. Our products are governed by their own separate terms: FMRX and EB-5 Navigator. Nothing on this Site creates any account, subscription, or service relationship.
